Wet-Hopped Pilsner

Our first real hop harvest!  Straight from the bine to the brew.  This was a small-batch, BIAB brew à la Mary Izett.  The wet hops were harvested during the mash, and this is also our first experiment with a lager brewed at ale temperatures.

Astarte

This is an unhopped ale inspired by ingredients and methods of the Bronze Age Mediterranean. Brewed with figs, thyme, honey and wormwood. This was brewed for the Beer Sessions at RXH, BS#3: Beer History.
