Our first real hop harvest! Straight from the bine to the brew. This was a small-batch, BIAB brew à la Mary Izett. The wet hops were harvested during the mash, and this is also our first experiment with a lager brewed at ale temperatures.

Since it is an experiment, we focused on the herb flavor, so there’s no hops, only using Pale Ale LME. Short, simple and educational.
