This is a 5 gallon all grain beer recipe adapted from Mary Izett’s Pennsylvania Swanky recipe in Speed Brewing.

Inspired by the low-alcohol, morning-noon-and-night beers of the early United States. Brewed with piloncillo sugar and flavored with spruce.

Acan’s Chicha

A Mesoamerican inspired (adapted from Dogfish Head’s Theobroma recipe) hopped ale brewed with maize, cocoa nibs, ancho chilies & annato seed.
